Check in was a breeze. The professional that helped us check in was expedient, thoughtful, and personable. We can’t remember her name, but she was working at around 5:00pm on Friday 11/24/2023. Her warm nature really kicked our night off the right way! We really hope you share this with the staff. Our check out was great too. The whole staff was just so kind and thoughtful. Thank you!

The room was large and comfortable. The location is downtown Minneapolis with lots of public transportation options, so it was great as I didn't rent a car. I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as they didn't have any vegan options.

We had a King size room, and the bed was so comfortable!! And the pillows weren't rock hard or flat! It was nice and peaceful. You couldn't hear anyone walking past your room, and talking, which is a plus!!! The room and bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel is elegant with a perfect location and not expensive. It is only 10 minutes walking to Target Center. Very good restaurants close to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service food options are very good. This should be our option if we return.

The Aurora restaurant had some of the best cheese curds I had ever had. From the moment we arrived the staff was great: from the valet to the door greeter and the front desk.

The rooms are HUGE and beautiful. Full of windows and views.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Hotel location was convenient to all of the sports venues. Light rail system is a few blocks away and can be used to access the airport. There are many places to eat within a few blocks of the hotel and with plenty of shopping.

We have stayed twice and it has been awesome both times. Super clean, super friendly staff and great breakfast.
